Parcels & TMK by county
Hawaiʻi has four counties with parcel data: Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, Kauaʻi and Maui. Kalawao County (Kalaupapa, Molokaʻi) is coded as TMK Division 2 (Maui), Zone 6 in the statewide layer.
Statewide merged layer
The Parcels – Hawaii Statewide dataset on Hawaiʻi Open Data merges the county parcel layers into UTM Zone 4, NAD 83 HARN. It's available as Shapefile, CSV, GeoJSON, KML, WMS/WFS and ArcGIS REST. County source dates for the 2026 edition: Hawaiʻi 4/27/26, Maui 4/15/26, Honolulu 4/30/26, Kauaʻi 5/11/26. Note: geoportal downloads are exported in WGS84 (metadata).

9 digits: Division (1 Oʻahu, 2 Maui, 3 Hawaiʻi, 4 Kauaʻi) · Zone · Section · Plat (3 digits) · Parcel (3 digits).
